Partner in venture capital fund focused on investing in Seed stage proptech, fintech, and consumer/retail tech startups. Developing and executing fund strategy and identifying investment opportunities aligned with our fund's vision and objectives. Leading deal sourcing efforts by actively engaging with founders, fund managers, attending industry events, and conducting market research. Taking pitch meetings with startups, assessing their potential fit with our investment criteria and building relationships with entrepreneurs. Overseeing the investment process from initial evaluation to deal closure, working closely with our due diligence team to ensure a thorough understanding of each opportunity before committing capital. Providing strategic guidance and support to our portfolio companies, helping them connect with our GP's LP's and industry network, to achieve their growth objectives and milestones. Heading our internal venture builder, developing ideas into real startups.

As a member of Propelland's strategy team I worked in collaboration with designers, strategists, and technologists to deliver exceptional results for Fortune 500 clients. I led projects from brief definition to final delivery. I co-developed effective business cases that supported product/service strategy. I also built strong client relationships and ensured project results aligned with business objectives. With a human centered approach, I explored solutions to various problems and brought digital and physical products to life.
Venture Builder and Design Strategist

During my time at Oxxo (one of the largest convenience store chains in the world), I helped lead the development of a venture building area, which aimed to identify and nurture innovative ideas that could be turned into successful business ventures. As part of this role, I also co-developed two distinct business pilots (a food delivery service, a frictionless convenience store) each with its unique set of challenges and opportunities. Throughout this experience, I was able to leverage my expertise in business strategy, product development, and team management to help bring these pilots to life. Overall, this experience taught me the importance of innovation and agility in today's fast-paced business environment and strengthened my drive for developing impactful ventures that can drive meaningful change.
