Led the release of a Tier 1 English Assessment product - BELITPlusTM, built on Adobe Flash® focused on Speaking, Reading, Listening, and Grammar activities and resulting in sales of over $200,000 in the first 6 months. Drove collaborations across WW functional teams (product management, sales, corporate marketing, field enablement, support, and training), through Agile/Scrum process to define, develop, test, and pilot the product (Sharepoint, VersionOne). Established first ever Release Readiness criteria by collecting objective, measurable metrics in scorecard approach. Managed all aspects of Kids Learning Service. Delivered Online Reseller Program platform from concept to launch in 6 months (focus: China, Korea). Achieved 40% revenue and 60% learner increase over 18 months.
