Joined the largest bank in Singapore and Southeast Asia as the Head of FinTech to spearhead the adoption of digital innovation into banks - organisations which traditionally have the highest inertia and complexity for transformation. Rudy's strategic prowess came to the fore as he conceived and executed DBS Startup Xchange, a groundbreaking co-creation framework to take the bank through its transformation in a structured manner. This framework facilitated seamless collaboration between the bank and startup partners, leading to the successful launch of innovative solutions.
