A startup focused on creating a sustainable model for the Christmas tree market. The original purpose of this business was to rent Christmas trees in a pot to consumers and businesses and by lowering the yearly cost and making it a more sustainable solution, it would be a win-win for everyone. I learned that seasonable businesses are hard to scale and this one even more due to a complicated logistics model. Due to my involvement in Rockstart, I decided to sell the inventory and customer base to a competitor in the Danish market in mid-2012.
