Lead all marketing, advertising, media and PR for the North American division of a $4 Billion FinTech insurance carrier. Oversaw a 30+person marketing team and several agency partners to drive the Hiscox brand through four distribution channels (two B2B and two B2C). Responsibility to drive top-line revenue in a direct to consumer online retail channel growing 40%/year. This role runs digital and performance marketing, SEM, SEO, Mobile, conversion rate optimization, content strategy, customer acquisition, corporate communications, PR, brand strategy, advertising and media, social media, partnership marketing and events. President of the Hiscox Foundation USA, a 501-c3 corporate non-profit foundation. Designed and implemented a new grant making strategy, investment strategy and funding strategy.
