Tested a new business model not used previously in the College Pro program. Consulted on and built all aspects of the new business model – including all operational, administrative and financial structures. Responsibilities extended from initially recruiting and training all staff employed in the region (20+), to supervising and coaching those employees in all capacities. Individually oversaw and managed 8 crews which completed 1,143 home projects, grossing just over $200,000 in sales in the summer of 2016. Also consulted with the President on the success of each area of the region, provided feedback and input on the new business model and problem-solved the challenges that arose from executing changes around innovative technologies and models being used uniquely in the region.
