    As the Founder and Executive Director of Tampa Bay Tech, I was deeply involved in the organization from its inception until its acquisition by Tampa Devs in April 2024. Inspired by the goals and mission outlined in Brad Feld's Startup Communities, our team at Laicos, along with dedicated volunteers, launched TampaBayTech.org as a community website to provide curated content distilled from local founders and entrepreneurs. From 2016 to 2024, Tampa Bay Tech served as a valuable resource for the local tech community, offering a directory of Tampa Bay entrepreneurs and companies, a calendar of meetups in the area, and a map displaying local tech companies. We designed the platform to be a true community site, providing founders and startups with essential resources and information on how to get involved in the thriving Tampa Bay tech ecosystem. Our primary purpose with Tampa Bay Tech was to unite the local tech community and garner the attention it needed to foster growth, support, and involvement from the broader community. Through our collaborative efforts, we successfully created a vibrant and inclusive platform that connected entrepreneurs, startups, and tech professionals across the region. In April 2024, Tampa Bay Tech was acquired by Tampa Devs, marking an exciting new chapter for the organization. Under the leadership of Tampa Devs, the site remains active and continues to support the growth and development of the Tampa Bay tech community. We are confident that Tampa Devs will build upon the foundation we established and take Tampa Bay Tech to new heights. As the Founder and former Executive Director, I am proud of the impact Tampa Bay Tech has had on the local tech scene and will continue to have under its new leadership.     As the founder of Aces, a web 3 NFT project, I have a passion for bringing together investors and poker enthusiasts through NFTs. I have successfully launched two NFT projects, Aces NFT (5400) and Aces Card Sharks (2222), and built a strong community of followers. My expertise in minting, staking, farming, DAOs, and trading NFTs and cryptocurrencies is unmatched. I have a keen eye for design and was involved in the creation of artwork and metadata for the projects. I also led the design and development of the Card Contest, Poker Room, Token, and Staking Platform, which has helped us become a standout in the NFT space. I have also been instrumental in growing our presence on Discord and Twitter to over 4,000 followers, and have closed over 75 partnerships with web 3 companies and projects.

    As the founder of SOL Fund 001, my goal was to create a lucrative investment opportunity for investors, introducing them to the world of cryptocurrency and providing access to exciting Web 3 startups. With the aim of maximizing returns for investors, I sought to raise funding through the purchase of NFTs using the $SOL token. However, due to market conditions, the fund was closed at the end of 2022. Despite the closure, my objective remains to create value for investors and bring them closer to the exciting possibilities of the Web 3 landscape.

    [Pivoted to $SOL Fund 001] As Managing Director of 4F Ventures, I raised funds from investors/limited partners for the fund, sourced and recruited startups, made investments in startups that fit our thesis, and help these startups close their rounds. 4F Ventures invests up to $250K into traditionally overlooked founders building seed-stage startups in eCommerce and FinTech across North America.

    At Xero, I directed growth initiatives focused on the vertical (sector-focused) division of the business, a publicly traded corporation offering cloud-based accounting software to connect businesses with their financial data, advisors, and customers. Architected and drove program strategy and business development. Identified key growth opportunities; conceptualized and implemented strategic plans. Pinpointed key capital projects, joint ventures, potential M&A targets, and other strategic partnership opportunities. Exceeded partnership quota by 250% in Q3 through the launch of the new startup and VC verticals; created digital vertical resources for customers and salespeople. Designed capital plans in line with overall business strategies; analyzed market dynamics, market share changes, product line performance, and competitive intelligence. Worked cross-functionally and with leadership on several large-scale endeavors.
