I lead 7 direct reports in assisting the commander in making and executing decisions. I manage and direct 280 employees’ schedules, performance reports, awards, and upper management tasks. Also, I coordinates communication with commander and management.
333rd Fighter Squadron F-15E Flight Commander

I lead and directly supervise 18 military officers’ educational development and career progression. The squadron is a formal training units manned by hand-selected highly experienced Instructor Pilots and Instructor Weapon Systems Officers and support personnel with resources in excess of $1.1 billion. I instruct and evaluate pilots and weapons systems operators in high performance jet aircraft. I am responsible for qualifying all U.S. Air Force F-15E aircrew in day/night, all weather, air-to-air and air-to-ground Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night missions for worldwide operations.
492nd Fighter Squadron F-15E Operational Instructor

I evaluate 75 personnel and 1.4 billion of assets. The 492 Fighter Squadron is an F-15E operational unit tasked to respond to wartime commitments and contingency tasks to secure and defend national interests worldwide. They employ conventional and precision weapons against targets in strategic attack, interdiction, counter air and offensive air support roles.
