The Resolvability Review Tribunal will review, upon appeal, decisions made by resolution authorities, relating to the orderly resolution of non viable systematically important financial institutions in Hong Kong.

The function of the Tribunal is to hear appeals from persons aggrieved by any reviewable decision of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority made under the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance. The associated Process Review Committee reviews internal procedures of the HKMA in relation to the designation of a clearing and settlement system (for funds or securities) in which the MA itself may have a legal or beneficial interest.
