• Led the analysis for Google’s 2019 Diversity Annual Report: - Incorporated intersectional data cuts across all elements of the narrative and consulted a creative agency on how to best visualize the data; - Helped shape Google's approach to the demographic self-ID data collection (something that was previously stalled at Google for years); Launched Google's first data-driven community system - Provided valued input on sensitive topics such as the recently introduced methodology for collection of non-binary gender data. • Measured company OKRs for talent and diversity, and evolved the departmental representation reporting for Google’s leaders to enable accountability in hiring, progression, and retention. • Launched a Diversity Data Council across People Analyst leads to develop consistency in DEI data infrastructure. • Pulled 25+ affirmative action and EEOC reports for the US government, streamlining Google’s reporting landscape to mitigate risk and reduce the amount of resources spent by outside counsel in the auditing phase.
