I helped establish Anchorless’ strong on the ground presence as the first institutional venture capital fund focused solely on Bangladesh. I was tasked with investor relationship building, strengthening the deal pipeline, assisting with operations and fund administration. In the due diligence process, I focused on evaluating founders and potential partners for leadership qualities, marketing, and product strategy. Anchorless is influential in garnering Bangladesh macro exposure of the country to global investors. I am proud to have worked closely with the partners to establish the Fund’s ESG policy and to initiate Anchorless Women, through which we are building a global community to support Bangladeshi women in technology and finance.

We sought out to establish a credible and accessible community that would bring together youth, innovation and technology onto a media platform. I managed the editorial and content production team to establish one of the largest social media communities in the country. We tested other advertising and ecommerce verticals that would engage and activate our user base in the Venture Studio.
