    Capstone Senior Design was an ongoing year-long project undertaken during my final year of undergraduate schooling. We formed a team to create an intracardiac device which would monitor for and detect blood clots in the left atrial appendage. Team Atriumph was our collaboration between Rice faculty, four senior Bioengineering students, and Dr. Mehdi Razavi with Texas Heart institute. The student team was composed of myself, Erica Kim, Angela Li, and Michael Williams-Hart.

    Commercial Real estate internship through Rice University's Gateway Internship program. Through this program I gained experience in real estate analysis under the tutelage of brokers Maury Bronstein and John S. Wall Jr. I became familiar with the use of tools for information gathering and analysis such as: Google Earth and other GIS programs, MyFirstAmerican and other Title investigation sites, LoopNet, CoStar and other commercial listing sydicates. I formulated reports for use in presenting data and formulate analysis for commercial buyers.
