We support early-stage startups, arrange financing for growth companies and work on special situations. On the early-stage side, Capitoria makes more than 40 investments a year. We have consistently co-invested with the world's leading venture capital firms. On the later-stage side, Capitoria takes on a few special situations every year, typically between $10m and $100m in deal size, to provide either debt or equity to technology companies and/or their founders. By way of example, we have closed transactions in relation to Robinhood, HireVue, Umbra Labs and assisted PillPack prior to its acquisition by Amazon. Capitoria was founded in 2017.
