EkStep is a platform for the development & dissemination of educational materials to help enable India to get to universal literacy, and numeracy. I was a part of the senior leadership team, leading the product organization, and responsible for helping EkStep become a platform.

At iSPIRT, I have been a part of the India Stack effort, working with the Govt and with entities such as the NPCI and GSTN to help define the APIs that constitute the India Stack. I have been part of the design efforts for UPI, GSTN, and the Digital Locker. I was also a member of the Technology subcommittee of the RBI committee on household finance. I was also a part of the Cashless team, which helped put together the paperless, presenceless, cashless lending pilot – a report of which was published. We have made submissions to the Ministry of Finance, and various committee to help build the stage for reducing the use of cash. I have also been an evangelist for the entire effort, working to educate influencers, regulators, policy makers, entrepreneurs and developers on the benefits of the stack, as well as how it could be used to solve India’s hard problems. I have presented the India Stack work at various forums, including TedX, Hyderabad, National and International conferences.

At Khosla Labs, I was a part of the founding team that was looking to create scale businesses for India. As a part of this effort, I helped try out multiple ideas. One of these was spun out as Novopay, where I helped to build the technology team, and the stack. I also helped to build the leadership team for Novopay. I also helped setup the Aadhaar Bridge, a Sub AUA service that is popular with startups.

Novopay is in the business of enabling banking and payments to reach the masses through their neighbourhood retailers. As a founder of Novopay, I led the team to build the Novopay solutions stack, including the initial rollout with Bank of India.
