After sporadically writing throughout my life, including an auto-biography, I've decided to try writing full time and see if it sticks. I'll start on Medium and expand from there. Subject matter will be things I'm learning in life about being a better human and whatever I'm interested in right now. Broadly speaking that is Psychedelics, IFS therapy, and AI. I'm nervous. I think that's a good sign.

The Nikean Foundation funds research in improving mental health, including looking for treatments for anorexia, bipolar disorder, depression, not to mention existential angst. Novel treatments using psychedelics and therapy are a current area of attention. The Foundation concentrates on advancing psychedelic science, consciously aiming to build infrastructure for research and clinical deployment in Canada while supporting research worldwide.
