I've achieved with my team a lot of successes, including but not limited to: • Refinance transaction of mortgage portfolio worth SAR 10 bil and It’s considered the first of its kind and size in the Kingdom. • Financial, technical, legal due diligence and other procedures to complete REDF’s first acquisition transaction. • Build and develop a financial model to ensure REDF financial sustainability, which is presented to the board periodically. • Invest in private real estate investment funds in cooperation with licensed financial companies. • Establish first mortgage refinancing investment fund.
