    Built a set of new Last Mile products at Walmart International: - Grocery delivery web app currently used in all Walmart stores in Mexico to dispatch orders as well as a delivery app used by thousands of delivery drivers every day to deliver tens of thousands of orders every day. Fastest growth and adoption of any grocery tool in Walmart MX's history. Millions of orders have been delivered to customers using my products to this day. Benefits included improved customer satisfaction, customer order visibility, on time delivery, and operational control. - Last Mile Carrier Hub - back end service for all of Walmart Mexico's merchandise orders used to perform three main roles: > Rate shopping at checkout (to get customers the cheapest shipping rate and fastest couriers) > Label generation (as one of the final steps when printing the shipping label for the order at the fulfillment center) > Carrier tracking (to provide customers visibility into their order) Resulted in lower fulfillment costs, savings to customers, and improved SLAs.

    Worked closely with VP of Operations and led various initiatives to support Handy's rapid pace of growth after series B funding, including: • Designing a new set of inbound sourcing processes impacting 90% of all new cleaner applicants and constructing various tools to track and optimize performance of recruiting efforts. • Analyzing performance of new cleaner sourcing activities for all of Handy's regions to identify supply-constrained markets. Culminated in launching a new referral program to expand application inflow. • Engineered operations and product specs for new key-less entry pilot program in NYC.
