Naiss is a Venture Capital management boutique helping outliers thrive with a mission driven - hands on approach. We define and implement growing strategies for technology based startups, early stage companies and grown ups willing to disrupt themselves. We nurture them all the way up to the IPO in alternative markets (to which our process is fully optimised) or prepare them for an M&A event (whatever happens first). Investors and venture funds hire us to accelerate exits and maximise profits from their portfolio companies. We are people oriented and business oriented, in this particular order. We choose carefully every project engagement (not the other way around) and we work always with an out-of-the-box approach, by canonical definition. We are mission driven individuals, with more than 75 years of operational experience combined. Our team comprises engineering backgrounds primarily, blending ENTP personalities and nerds without credentials. Much of our work is done pro-bono in those cases where the idea and the entrepreneur meet our mission criteria or if there is a strong alignment to the values we stand for. We work with ideas and the people behind them, we help them nurture and shape those ideas to turn them into growing businesses leveraging a wealth of experience (ours and/or others') We believe the 4th sector will take over the economy and we also think Ray Kurzweil is right predicting the Singularity (some of us argue it has happened already given how much we rely on Google's search box).
