    Took on a one-year consulting engagement to transition the company’s operations and culture to increase operational efficiency for scale. Responsibilities included direct supervision of all human resources, fulfillment, and retail operations with 12 direct reporting managers. Collaborated with fellow executives and managers to implement company-wide best practices, processes, and training programs with a focus on continuous change and resiliency.

Created a People Operations Department that would play a critical role in the firm’s plan to scale rapidly after investment. Collaborated with company leadership to deploy a strategic plan to overhaul operations and substantially increase operational capacity.

    Founded Silent Partner, with the desire to focus on working with small businesses, particularly restaurants. Focused on cultivating simple but effective marketing and management approaches that small business owners could implement with a relatively small investment.
