Work Experience

  • Partner

    2021 - Current

  • Vice President, Protein Sciences

    2017 - 2021

Responsible for Large Molecule Drug Discovery. Member of Research Leadership Team, Small Molecule Leadership Team. The Protein Science departments are responsible for the discovery of reagent and therapeutic antibodies. We also create biological reagents and data that further our understanding of the structure, function, and regulation of proteins of therapeutic interest and collaboratively enable the discovery of novel large molecule and small molecule therapeutics. We use and develop technologies in the areas of recombinant protein production, protein chemistry, antibody engineering, proteomics and structural biology.

  • Vice President Protein Chemistry & Structural Biology

    2016 - 2017

  • Senior Director of Protein Chemistry & Structural Biology

    2014 - 2016

  • Director of Structural Biology

    2012 - 2014

    • Responsible for Structural Biology including X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy and protein production in support of basic research, large and small molecule drug discovery • Member Small and Large Molecule Leadership teams • Research interests including ligand-receptor interactions, NF-kB signaling pathways, structure-function of TNF superfamily members, negative regulators of Sonic hedgehog, Ubiquitin-mediated signaling processes and apoptosis.

  • Associate Director

    2010 - 2012

    • Developed outsourcing strategy for crystallography

  • Senior Scientist, Scientist, Post Doctoral Fellow

    1999 - 2010

    • X-ray crystallography and structure-based drug design • Project team leader small molecule drug discovery team • Scientific interests include TNF superfamily of receptors and ligands, cytokines, ubiquitin modification, IAPs, kinases inhibition and activation
