Joined as one of Float's first 20 employees. I ideate and manage a roadmap in response to our customers' problems and needs. Initially focused on helping customers implement and get value out of Float faster, including creating our referral and Perks programs. Then built out our Reporting and Spend Alerts functionality, post-spend manager approvals, HRIS integrations, user account switching, and contract negotiation assist (0-1 product launches). Always focused on balancing customer value with business strategy. Startup Partnerships and Growth
2020 - 2021
Joined as one of the first 15 employees. Was initially responsible for managing the demand side of Commit's marketplace. Built out initial GTM strategy (content marketing and channel partnerships), collateral (landing pages, sales decks, applications), CRM and email follow-up campaigns, process and model for scoring and onboarding leads, and provided analytics to measure success. Promoted to managing both sides of Commit's marketplace and leading Growth overall.

Invested in and worked closely with Tugboat Logic (acq. by OneTrust), Smooch (acq. by Zendesk), Clearpath Robotics (acq. by Rockwell Automation), Fellow (served as Board Observer), Super.com (served as Board Observer), CareGuide (served as Board Observer), Darwin AI (served as Board Observer), Vidyard. Built out our investment theses in conversational AI, travel, and API-first companies. These theses are still used in investment decisions by the firm today. Researched Brazil’s current capacity to produce essential health technologies through the public health sector, and the potential to replicate this process in other countries. Responsible for ongoing research, submitting a research paper, creating a policy brief, organizing a public health symposium, reviewing related articles, and presenting to a panel of policy experts. My policy brief “Increasing Access to Medicines: Leveraging Brazil’s Experience” was published.
