TIZE was designed to digitize lab work requests and facilitate project management. The platform tracked critical metrics for projects and underlying operating processes throughout a project’s lifecycle to enable reporting and analytics. TIZE provided the means and the measurement system for turning lab requests into revenue and reducing the expense associated with wasted time and misallocated resources. In January 2017, I purchased tizecloud.com and started a new business focused on a broader opportunity in the specialty chemicals industry.

Grew business from concept to over $23 million net revenue, $4 million EBITDA, 2.4 million annual orders representing over $2 billion in subscriber value. Led 80+ people in two offices. In 2006, transitioned management of company to new, non-founder CEO. Presided at monthly board meetings; was member of audit and compensation committees.
