    Antler is the investor backing the world’s most driven founders, from day zero to greatness. In my role as Scouting Director Europe I am responsible for defining and optimizing our Scouting strategy for our six locations in Europe, making sure we attract the best talent out there. I am also responsible for our People & Culture strategy in Amsterdam, including designing HR processes, onboarding and offboarding employees, payroll and contract management, compensation and benefits. Lastly I support our portfolio companies with their Talent strategy.

    OYO Vacation Homes (OVH) is one of the leading vacation rental companies in Europe, and we are active in all segments of our industry: from full-service providers Belvilla and DanCenter to the online marketplace Traum-Ferienwohnungen. As the Head of Talent I was responsible for overseeing all our hiring needs across Europe. I managed a team of 20+ sourcers, recruiters and coordinators across multiple countries in Europe. I designed our hiring processes, which resulted in the company hiring and onboarding >800 FTE's in 6 months time.

As the Head of Talent I was managing a team of 9 people and overseeing our overall people processes and strategy. Setting up entities, creating a compensation and benefits strategy, a hiring strategy. Within 9 monhts we hired and succesfully onboarded over 150 people in Business Development, Operations and Transformation teams as well as our Corporate functions across Europe (Spain, Italy, France and Germany).
