    IEEE - Vice Chair Social Impact Measurement Working Group - IEEE, the global standards body who created the Bluetooth and Wifi standards, I am co-leading the effort to create the first fully interoperable global carbon credit standard* *for those wondering, I don't feel this is a total solve to the climate crisis... We still need to work with organizations not to just purchase carbon offsets, but to actively find ways to stop releasing emissions! - SDGuild - Co-Founder/CEO - The SDGuild was created to develop and implement a global “Do-No-Harm” Certification that will measure attainment of the SDGs. The Do-No-Harm Certification will be realized through the creation of Compass Points. Compass Points will be a way to measure impact on achieving the SDGs as related to people, projects, products, and companies. The SDGuild process will be realized through incredible partnerships between the SDG Youth, Stewards, and organizations looking to create a world that we can be proud of now, and long into the future. SDGuild began as Optmzd, and was started at the 2019 Nobel Peace Summit in Merida Mexico. - Kailash Satyarthi Children's Foundation - Contributing, and supporting the work of 2014 Nobel Prize Winner Kailash Satyarthi to end Child Trafficking globally. Currently the org has rescued >100,000 children to date. Focused on providing direction, and execution on developing a technology focused and data driven strategy with the world's leading technology companies.

    Simplus transforms complex business problems into simple SaaS solutions. Simplus is the leading Salesforce Quote to Cash Partner, and provides world class consulting and implementation service focused around the Salesforce product suite. Ultimately the business value of technology comes from and through our people. At Simplus I'm responsible for exploring and developing new channel partners, acquiring key talent, and growing our partnership status with Salesforce. Simplus currently focuses on Salesforce.com and Steelbrick consulting, implementation, and development opportunities. I also have led the effort to identify strategic M&A opportunities, and recently closed our first acquisition to date (Q3 2016). Was tasked with taking Simplus from a Salesforce Silver to Gold Partner beginning February 2016. By August 2016 we became a Gold Salesforce Partner! Member of 3 person team (myself, our CEO, and Director of Product) architecting, and developing a new Company Culture Management software built natively on the Salesforce platform. CultureClimb (www.cultureclimb.com) will be launching soon. I will be responsible to continue to lead strategic partnership efforts with this platform.

    Outbox Systems (Now Simplus), is a global CRM (Salesforce) Development and Consultancy. We focus on helping organizations implement, adopt, customize, optimize, and integrate business automation and CRM platforms. Outbox Systems (Now Simplus) is a consulting firm specializing in customer engagement technology such as Salesforce.com, marketing automation software, gamification, and many others. It is our goal to help our clients find, maintain, and build better relationships with their customers through the use of effective and efficient business processes, appropriate technology tools, and sound principles/methodologies of successful customer engagement. We are focused on helping organizations drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by integrating key business platforms together into one efficient cohesive system. I developed industry leading channel partnerships with companies such as: Workfront, Salesforce, Steelbrick, HubSpot, and others. I developed the initial relationship with Steelbrick (since acquired by Salesforce) in 2012. Initially we worked with Steelbrick doing some sub contracted work, and eventually doing consulting and implementations of their platform. This developed and became Simplus's (formerly Outbox System) entire strategy, and now are recognized as the leading global Salesforce Quote to Cash (what Steelbrick was rebranded after being acquired by Salesforce) partner.

    Raised >$500M - last valued at $3.35B post Series D • Responsible for ISV, Reseller, and OEM relationships. From ~$10M in ARR to >$120M in ARR • Channels team responsible for over double digit revenue % in 2020 • Developed Relationship with Veeva from nothing, to becoming a Gold partner (top level partner): first new gold parter in 8 years, and 1 of only 3 others • Build nCino into Vertical focused partner. Grew from 2 to over 80 joint customers. Signed first true referral agreement with nCino • Copado grew to be #1 OwnBackup Referral Partner – referred 2 of the largest 3 deals in Company History (both 7 figure deals)

    Independently developed a University student recruitment program (acquired) to provide higher quality teachers, at lower cost. Once fully implemented at >20 US based universities, the 600+ franchises are saving cumulatively >$7 million/year, while increasing enrollments. Coordinated and developed contracts/procedures with students, master franchisors, franchisees, universities, governments, and the parent corporation. Exited this Venture

  • VP of Sales/Business Development (exit)

    2010 - 2012

    Hired on as Director of Sales, and was promoted in under 3 months to VP of Sales/Business Development. Grew sales team from 5 to currently over 100 (as Director of Sales). Helped open operation in the Philippines. I am also directly involved with the opening of 2 other offices in Roy, UT (to be open the end of May 2012), and St. George, UT (to be open in June-July 2012). These two locations will add another 300+ sales positions to our company. Identified new channel partnerships that allow us to close an additional 3-5% of our leads. This directly increased our bottom line by around 20%. Another channel partnership that I developed directly increased our back-end billing (our clients have to be contracted before we can bill them, and we weren't able to contract around 40% of our overall sales) from around 60% to over 90% in around 30 days. This also increased our revenue by 30%. Responsible monthly P&L of around $2 Million. Direct responsibility for Sales, Hiring, Training, Business Development, Operations, Lead Generation, and Fulfillment departments. I developed our lead monetization, affiliate programs, and other channel partnerships. I brought on channel partners to help us monetize our leads by moving into the mortgage and insurance industries. In 2012 we achieved over $20 million+ in revenues, a 500% growth YOY. Led the company through an acquisition by a PE firm, and exited my position at this time. Exited this venture
