    Commercial Real Estate Debt & Equity I enjoy helping clients work on good deals that make financial sense in all categories of commercial real estate. Our team excels at quickly analyzing equity and debt funding needs in order to confirm alignment with capital sources on project size, metrics, asset class, location, sponsorship, and position in the capital stack. Subsequently, we advise our clients on how to address and resolve any obstruction in order to quickly secure the most cost effective capital on workable terms. I regularly source best in class JV equity, construction loans, bridge loans and CMBS/bank/Agency loans for clients across the asset type spectrum. Together, our close-knit team of professionals stay current on markets thinking and maintain a broad bench of institutional and family office capital sources. Our goal is to repeatedly assist our clients to manage the funding process from start to successful closing.

    Commercial and Residential Real Estate Investment and Consulting Completed investment projects to acquire non-performing bank loans, REO single and multifamily residential properties, land acquisition and development in Texas oil shale regions. Prior projects included: Principal investor in a development group which constructed 200,000 sqf of new retail space in FL, as well as redeveloped office and retail properties in the southwest. Managing principal for the acquisition, expansion and refinance of a 4 star, $4 million, 150 home-site manufactured home community for a private investor group.

    Mezzanine Lending Company Secured private equity credit line and formed an alliance with local CPA accountants to offer short-term bridge financing for both clients and non-clients. Originated and funded 1-2 year term bridge financing for commercial and residential property owners as well as for receivable and purchase order financing. Relationship manager with clients to analyze their financial information and assess the quality of their real estate and non-real estate collateral.

    Completed training program and traded daily in the option pits of Merck, Motorola and Walmart. Gained valuable market insight participating in open outcry markets and hedging portfolio positions using a variety of financial instruments.
