    At Summit Partners we provide capital, expertise and operational resources to entrepreneurs and management teams to accelerate their growth. We’re investors in >100 fast growing companies across Europe and the US. I lead the European efforts of our inhouse consulting team (Peak Performance Group). We partner with entrepreneurs to help them scale Sales and Customer Success teams, recruit exceptional talent across different functions, integrate acquisitions, optimize their digital marketing strategies and leverage technology as well as data analytics to support their scale-up ambitions.

    Cerberus Capital Management is a leading private equity and real estate investment firm with operations in the US and Europe. As part of their European inhouse consulting team, I worked closely with Management and Investment teams during Due Diligence and post-investment identifying and executing high impact operational initiatives. Projects included: M&A integration, project managing carve-outs, launching new business lines to accelerate growth and recruiting talent. Engagements included consulting as well as interim roles.
