Growth Practitioner: Together with a team of three, built retail electricity sales division from the ground up and scaled to several thousands end-customers. Designed and built customer management tool, implemented several projects on operational improvement, workforce optimization and ERP implementation Quantitative Trading: Performed daily quantitative analyses on the day-ahead and intra-day power markets to exploit short-term arbitrage opportunities and to participate in cross-border trading. Conducted fundamental research on the supply-demand dynamics and their implications on long-term pricing in the Turkish power market to review company's pricing policy and appraise its risk profile. Investment Management: Performed detailed investment analyses on potential investment opportunities. Directly reporting to the CEO, performed detailed analyses on the competitive landscape of license applications for WPPs (wind power plants) in Turkey. Conducted thorough feasibility studies and developed bidding strategies for company's 42 WPP license applications. In close contact with the Regulator, ran the necessary application procedure and prepared the paperwork for the projects at hand.
