    + Streamlined investment functions across the company to be consolidated under one team and one portfolio. This included all incubated companies, short term accelerator investments (Tachyon, currently on cohort 3) and traditional venture capital investment teams. Within this tiered venturing strategy we also created Relays, a community of builders created through distributed hackathons that creates proprietary deal flow. + Built and refreshed resource allocation strategy and function through by embracing decentralized and open-source values. This included systematic solicitation of input for other core functions. + Lead teams focused on the evaluation and restructuring of the internal portfolio. This includes helping teams acquire funding externally, securing grant funding and sunsetting of projects. + Audit and transition of board director positions. This includes the transition of key representatives, establishing better working relationships, access to the mesh and reporting/checkins. + Worked with Head of Platform to establish a robust database of service providers and partners to make it easier to build and scale your business. + Update and manage CRM processes for deal flow, market research and solution providers within out tech stack. Includes opportunistically sourcing, active diligence and support of the existing portfolio of 80+ companies.
