    2024 - Current

In my previous roles at Reinventure, I led majority of the sourcing, underwriting as well as provided lead support to deal-making and negotiations of nearly all of the initial investments. I built and manage the current proprietary impact measurement metrics and management framework utilized to generate positive impact return and monitor their progresses. Along with my current role of managing portfolio companies and serving as their board director, I lead the fund's financial services including investment deals, negotiations, syndications, and oversee and operate the fund's valuation model. I built financial models, underwriting tools, processes and communication stream that the fund uses to carry out investment decisions and portfolio management. Lastly, I led operations in cybersecurity, compliance, vendor sourcing, fund admin, and management while cutting operational cost significantly.
