Monitored project schedule, expenses, executed quantities and maintained project documents in accordance with the CPWD model contract and BoQ. 🔸 Liaised with government authorities and local bodies for ensuring smooth development in conjunction with development norms and area master plan. Organized for site visits by ministers and officials. 🔸 Maintained records and prepared progress reports for the project costing over Rs. 270 Crores 🔸 Coordinated with Head Office for factoring site conditions and client stipulations to finalize IFC drawings, campus road layout and plinth levels.
