    Advised healthcare executives (i.e., providers, health plans) in launching new clinical services, defining / executing diversification strategies, including exploration of new market roles. Engagement outcomes include full conversion of a 300+ community hospital to a ortho-only hospital as well as creation of new primary care business for a national health plan.

    2013 - 2018

    Launched operational strategy & deal advisory consulting practice within Advisory Board, and subsequently served as a leader in the Provider Strategy practice working with market leading academic medical centers and community health systems. Former engagements include successful turnaround of an international destination medical center's $2B community health asset as well as setting a clear enterprise strategy for a top-ranked pediatric hospital system.

    Led consulting engagements with commercial aviation clients in areas of capital planning, aircraft acquisition strategy & negotiations, operational design and corporate strategy Representative client value includes $7B+ in signed new aircraft deals for a major airline. $50m+ opex improvement via transforming an airlines in-house engineering strategy & approach towards sustainment.
