Engagement outcomes include full conversion of a 300+ community hospital to a ortho-only hospital as well as creation of new primary care business for a national health plan.

Launched operational strategy & deal advisory consulting practice within Advisory Board, and subsequently served as a leader in the Provider Strategy practice working with market leading academic medical centers and community health systems. Former engagements include successful turnaround of an international destination medical center's $2B community health asset as well as setting a clear enterprise strategy for a top-ranked pediatric hospital system.
