    OncoRes is a Brandon Capital backed startup developing a MedTech device for precise, in-cavity, residual tumour assessment to reduce avoidable repeat surgery. • Advanced the commercialisation of the device via development of regulatory, clinical, reimbursement and funding pathways; filed FDA 510(k) pre-submission and conducted acquisition pitches with Johnson & Johnson, Olympus and Hologic • Developed the pitch that won the company the Pitch@Palace Australia 2.0 competition and the Global 3.0 competition held at St James' Palace in the UK • Built out a sensitivity model for a proactive go-to-market approach which formed the basis of an MRCF application that secured the company $3M

    WAUC is a startup that I helped build and scale into a 75+ person registered company, its purpose is to provide NFPs with strategy services to enhance their social impact.     Mckinsey & Co. interviewed MBA and postgrad students from UWA to participate in 16-week consulting projects for local NFPs, selected for 3 projects across 1.5 years. • For a business and industry advocacy organisation, led an 8-person team on a cost-to-serve analysis of several consulting products to determine the true profitability of their marketplace offerings; I headed client relationships and steering committees and delivered recommendations to the BOD • For an environmental peak body, led a 5-person team assessing the effect of a services restructure on membership revenue, projecting a 50% increase in revenue and 15% in member retention
