Through strategic sourcing, content (and creator) licensing partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration (including with Amazon’s sport division), I laid the groundwork that not only launched Sports as a standalone category but also solidified Twitch's foray into non-gaming verticals, weaving a new fabric of product adoption among non-gamers.

    Spearheaded the marketing and content strategy for the NBA G League from scratch, leveraging a multi-million-dollar budget to create large-scale campaigns aligned with a five-year strategic plan. Through innovative content partnerships with third-party distributors like VICE and ATTN:, I expanded the NBA G League brand beyond core NBA fans, constructing a network that led to more than 100M impressions across diverse channels.

    Associate Manager Shaped and managed intricate six and seven-figure partnerships with digital and social media platforms on behalf of the NBA and its ancillary leagues, constructing strategies from the ground up. Through careful oversight and innovative thinking, I facilitated collaborations like the WNBA's live content partnership with Twitter, and the NBA G League's content partnership with Twitch, laying the groundwork for broader reach and engagement with millennial and Generation Z audiences. Coordinator Built the data operations from scratch in my role as Associate Manager at the NBA, implementing an automated social media analytics solution that eliminated 90 percent of manual data-pulling processes and accelerated the identification of high-performing digital content. This strategic foundation in data allowed us to influence decision-making for multi-figure deals, packaging insights into actionable strategies that enhanced partnerships with digital services like Twitter, and ultimately contributing to the expansion and success of ancillary leagues such as the WNBA and NBA G League.
