Key successes include ~2X headcount increase, significant attrition reduction, deep dives and strategic business plan to build India business, Rev growth in double digits, 5X growth in leveraging India design house ecosystem, enhancing brand and reach of Analog Devices in India including relationships with startup ecosystem, accelerator/incubators and universities.     P&L Responsibility for consumer portfolio of Multimedia, Powerline and Wireless products. Directly responsible and measured on $550M+ in global revenue, gross margin and market share. Started several new product portfolios from scratch and worked with multiple Bay Area start-ups to bring their technologies to market. Led successful initiatives to move from hardware only ODM-style business to a more value added differentiation with software features and services in cloud offerings, appstore and end user data collection and analytics. Started a community website for opensource enthusiasts with 300,000 unique visits a month.
