    I managed a small team of data scientists/engineers to develop services powering Store No. 8's Shopping Automation. We applied machine learning techniques to estimate what groceries customers would need next, partnering with Engineering + Product to productize these estimates. Lead the R&D of hardware + machine learning perception services to estimate groceries remaining in a consumer refrigerator. Our team developed and patented a pressure sensor + ML prototype that sent push notifications whenever a fridge grocery item ran low.

Customers could build chat services that could call and take action with arbitrary third party endpoints, namely, an early (and naive) form of function calling. Responsible for prototype software development + in-house tools + QA tooling, delivering $Xmm revenue.

I used machine learning techniques to estimate follower characteristics from metadata. I met with firms like Tiffany and IMG to help them make better decisions about influencers and their value. Instagram changed API access policies blocking this access pattern.
