Supervised and mentored direct reports, members of junior scientific staff and summer interns.  Participated and counseled due diligence team evaluating the feasibility for in-licensing the technologies and optimized in-licensed technologies to meet the value propositions.  Extensive experience in nanotechnology & controlled release technologies, micro-encapsulation, interfacial polymerization, emulsion polymerization, polymer synthesis, colloid and rheological studies, Liquid formulations (suspoemulsion, suspension concentrate, emulsifiable concentrate, oil dispersion), and solid formulations.
