    He was responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Software and Informatics technology and product development for all of ACG and continuous evolution of Agilent’s production cloud technology infrastructure and products. Highlighted projects include: • Global pharmaceutical manufacturer: Led a team to form a strategic action plan to reduce IT costs by $100 M for enterprise application and infrastructure services from forty-seven countries with $1 B annual IT expenditure over five years. Focus areas included the network layer, data centers and help desk. • Consumer food business: Defined detailed requirements and specifications to optimize demand planning process for a $9 B brand across seven product lines. Designed custom solution and worked with business and technical users to identify process improvements to forecast consumption and shipments. • Largest global law firm: Recommended growth strategy by assessing key drivers of performance and growth of 12,000 clients with $300 M in annual fees by developing a client management approach. Developed business intelligence tool to identify trends in areas such as customer segmentation and churn. • Federal government department: Provided post merger IT management support for over $2 B in annual spending for technology, organization, and processes. Responsible for advisory support for all SDLC stages for consolidating email and directory services from six disparate systems. Conducted workshops for mid to senior-level IT executives to recommend a strategy for an optimized IT support center for 180,000 users across 22 business units.
