Led Product strategy, developed investment thesis, and managed sourcing and due diligence processes. Revamped the annual planning process by partnering with Staffing, Product, Real Estate, and Corporate Finance leads to project three year Google seated headcount growth rates, phasing and geographic footprint. Developed an alternative approach to analyzing Staffing performance by adjusting cost per hire (CPH) to reflect demand signal shifts. Adjusted CPH analysis evolved into a monthly CPH forecast which drove Staffing leadership to re-prioritize initiatives and reduce 2016 full year spend by ~$13M.
