Provided in depth analysis of Martin Begun’s civic or governmental activities utilizing the archival material available the Newman Library. Developed and implemented a multimethod research project using field work, data analysis, surveys, interviews, ethnography, and web-based research to explore New York City’s municipal health systems and its insufficient care for underserved New York populations. Implemented analysis in a 6 month long research project that explored New York City’s municipal health systems and its insufficient care for underserved New York populations. The research was awarded and then added to Begun’s Archive.

Assisted with the investigation of homelessness about the mentally ill and built and implemented solutions. Similarly, tackled motherhood mortality rate amoung low income New Yorkers.

WEBelieve is an award winning nonprofit dedicated to empowering women of color through leadership development. There I supported an awesome cross-functional via data driven initiatives. Developed leadership training curriculum and online platform that is being taught and used in partner schools as you read this. Implemented a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to assess, report, and recommend growth strategies. Spearheaded research based growth initiatives in nationwide expansion, national conference, and developed a database of over 1500+ women and girls.
