As Marketing Manager at Flexa, a leading blockchain payments company, I helped drive the adoption of our crypto payment rails. I collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure our marketing strategies were seamlessly aligned with product development and customer needs. One of my key achievements was streamlining campaign planning and execution by developing an automated internal project management application, which enhanced efficiency and consistency across the board. Much of my time was focused on Marketing Operations and supporting the team leveraging market data and trends to evaluate and implement best-in-class tools. To further enhance efficiency, I integrated marketing automation APIs, which significantly reduced manual workload and improved overall process effectiveness.

In my role as Chief of Staff, I provided strategic support on business decisions and initiatives. I designed a sales model and developed an application to calculate potential revenue from prospective brands, enhancing our sales strategy and forecasting. I also created the first team handbook, establishing and documenting comprehensive workplace policies to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization. My main focus was on driving efficiency, improving operational processes, and supporting the CEO in leading DropParty toward sustained growth and success.

Director of Customer Success

As Director of Customer Success, I was tasked with managing the build out of educational resources that would help the community of RIA owners grow their business. The business grew from 8 employees to over 25 (with three separate business lines), while customers and revenue doubled in size. I also helped build the Advisor Success department from one employee to six, designed two programs to assist new firm owners grow their firms (the first of which helped over 1,000 firms launch), and sought out innovative strategies to stay on the cutting edge of technology and best practice standards.

I'm the Founder of Ignite Financial. A fee-only financial planning firm. The vision fueling Ignite is to change the world by changing lives. We believe that we can achieve our goal by teaching others to manage their money, so that they are not managed by their money. We have two core service offerings: 1) B2C: Fee-only financial planning services to individuals. Ignite does away with income and asset minimums as well as high retainers. Focusing on your client experience, we set out to making holistic financial planning a little less "stuffy" and more human & conversational. We built our firm to be more accessible to the non-affluent and the high-income earners, while keeping our services customized and personal. 2) B2B: Group plans that employers can offer to their employees as a perk. PwC study reported that 37% of employees spend 3+ hours thinking or dealing with issues in their personal finance. For an employee making $50,000, that's $300 per month in lost productivity. As a result of becoming Ignite clients, employers will see increased retention rates, productivity, and employee engagement. I served as a relationship manager for clients, specializing in Startups. Daniel CFO provides Fractional CFO services, tax planning, bookkeeping, financial management and statement preparation, and strategic business planning. While the role of CFO is standard in larger companies, most small business cannot afford, nor have the need for a full time CFO. A Fractional CFO is an ideal fit for these companies as they are able to share the cost skilled professionals with other small companies. This shared service offering provides the business owners the necessary expertise at a “fraction” of the cost. We believe this partnership allows the business owners to focus their time and efforts on what they do best – managing and growing their business.

My team and I serve Entrepreneurs and Executives, at the director level and above, in helping them define and achieve their life aspirations. I specialize in Startup executives and Millennials. Through a disciplined process and a dedicated relationship we provide the tools to transform their dreams into tangible goals. These aspirations may incorporate financial planning, tax projection and planning, investment management, estate planning, college funding, retirement planning, or cash flow management. On the more abstract side, we can assist clients in starting charities, deciphering complex compensation packages, financial consulting for businesses, funding scholarships at their alma mater, and providing venture capital for other companies.

My experience at The R.O.W Group included monitoring investment portfolio performance and assisted in compliance and regulatory upkeep. I also designed financial plans for ultra-affluent clients, including estate planning worksheets, investment allocation analysis, and suitability of insurance products. I worked in a junior position interfacing with senior advisors to provide a seamless client on boarding process. After hours I concentrated on learning and researching portfolio modeling, and prospected for potential clients in the small-business owner segment.
