Responsible for the infrastructure powering Nervana's deep learning cloud platform: architecture, automation, service reliability, vendor management, hiring, and leadership. While hands-on and technical throughout, the emphasis in my last year was on people and process, scaling rapidly from a tiny startup to an enterprise business unit in a high-visibility growth area as Nervana was acquired by Intel.

My teams’ responsibilities spanned the entire stack, from the hardware in the data center to the virtualized services on top. Played an integral part in the due diligence, acquisition, and subsequent integration processes as Cloudscaling was acquired by EMC.
