Partner, National Gi3 Growth Leader
2022 - Current
Our Gi3 practice is responsible for supporting more than 1,100 clients across Canada in accessing nearly $1B in incentives spanning tax credits, grants, and government concessional loans - and yes, that's an ANNUAL figure! In my Growth Leader role, I am responsible for defining and executing across various growth portfolios for Gi3 practice nationally. This includes defining national eminence strategy across internal and external channels, development of new marketplace alliances, and inorganic growth (acquisitions, strategic hires, direct admits). Through my tenure, our team of 150+ full-time (and constantly growing) Gi3 Practitioners across Canada, the largest incentives practice in the country, achieved: - 15% YoY Closed Sold Growth; - 14% 2-Year CAGR on sales volume | 9% 4-Year CAGR on sales volume; - 22% increase to Qualified Pipeline at exit of our 2023 fiscal year; Through our year ended May 2023, we achieved new all time records in terms of marketplace activity (both on closed sold and qualified pipeline) and have laid the foundation for more than doubling our practice (and our impact across our chosen client segments and geographies) over the next 5 years.
