    The Alliance of Angels is one of the Pacific Northwest's largest and most active angel investor groups.  Each year, we typically invest about $10M into 20 companies. Our network of 140+ active angel investors is further augmented by a $3M Innovation Fund and a $6M+ Seed fund.

I generally work with organizations at the strategic level to help them define, align, and implement effective strategies to meet both their short-term objectives and long-term goals.     Post exit, I engaged as a board member to assist the management team and ensure the company maintained the vision, strategy, and resources needed to advance its mission. MediaPRO was successfully acquired by a pre-IPO company (KnowBe4) in 2021.

    I was responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and operational execution of the company from inception through exit. Managed the company thru several "pivots" to become one of the dominant players in the highly competitive security awareness market.

  • Sr. Sales Consulting and Enterprise Customer Success Leader

    1986 - 1993

    Helped open Oracle's Seattle office and was highly successful in various sales consulting roles for four-plus years. Significantly exceeded quota every year. Recruited by Oracle leadership to direct the first-ever enterprise customer success team (West Coast). Ran this team for 2 years and worked to secure and grow many of Oracle's largest and most profitable accounts. Achieved the "Customer Success Leader" of the year honor from Oracle USA.
