    Joined Tickle.com (originally Emode) pre-revenue and helped to build the site to over $30MM in revenue becoming the world's leading testing, assessment and quiz online destination. Tickle.com was acquired by Monster Worldwide for ~$100 million in May 2004. Appointed to lead Monster's social network advertising vertical representing sites including but not limited to Bebo, hi5, and Tickle.com. Directly and indirectly led a national sales team of 30+ responsible for all facets of ad revenue generation, advertising product development marketing and operations.
