Responsible for calling on SMB and Global customers in the U.S. and Canada to sell Dell products and services that are incorporated into OEM custom solutions. Customer set includes server based appliances, security and surveillance equipment, medical device manufacturers, and integrated banking solutions. Responsibilities included forecasting, deal analysis, cash/collection management, sales compensation, quota-setting process, internal controls, and coaching/development of pricing analyst. Roles also included two month special assignment working in Europe to develop IT project portfolio framework which drove global project rationalization and savings in excess of $3 million operating expense.

Manager of Cost Accounting, Information Technology, and Purchasing organizations. Responsible for integrating global laundry strategy and product initiatives into manufacturing organization, setting financial targets, and maintaining internal controls. Site leader for implementation of SAP R/3 Accounting, Logistics, Maintenance, and Storeroom modules. Previous roles included Finance manager for North American Downy Fabric Softener Brand, including fiscal budget and profit responsibility for $500 million sales business, Plant Accounting Manager, and Financial Analyst for Global Strategic Planning. Strategic Planning role involved working closely with key functional and country management to lead development of global sourcing framework, sizing, pricing, and formulation development analysis of new products. Provided management perspective for Global Laundry Initiative Portfolio to ensure most efficient deployment of global resources. Supported executive management team development of Ten-Year Global Strategic Plans for company’s two largest businesses.
