Overview
Work Experience
Founder
2022 - Current
Hamlet uses a combination of AI with human fact-checking to find valuable data from planning commission and city council meetings for real estate developers, land use attorneys, and government relations execs. Customers use Hamlet to mitigate political risk around projects, track developer sentiment, and understand the supply pipeline in cities where they operate. Governments use Hamlet to summarize City Council meetings so residents don't have to get their information from social media.

Scout
2022
If you're a Founder looking to raise either a pre-seed or seed round of financing, I'd love to listen to your pitch on a random weeknight or weekend. I'm excited about all sectors, and mostly interested in working with amazing Founders. I've done a bunch of angel investing over the past 7 or so years in both consumer and enterprise and I plan on continuing to do so for the foreseeable future. Excited to join the Sequoia Scout program, and continue to invest in great founders. Some companies I've previously invested in include Turing, Aalto, Datapeople, Tonkean, Maven, Practice, Carta, Iron Ox and others.
Contributor
2023
Hey all - I'm excited to announce I'm going to be contributing to Forbes regularly about AI and Angel Investing. In particular, I'm going to explore how AI is going to affect our day-to-day lives in America, and I'll be talking a bit about what I'm seeing on the AI/investing front. Writing has always been my way of learning about the world, and as the Founder of an AI company I think it's really important I stay ahead of what's happening (and share what I know). Please comment if you think there is a story I should absolutely consider covering. My goal is to write one article a week - with one of the articles being a thoughtful interview with a CEO or a city official.
