Built Renewables division from scratch to an international team of 80 FTEs and a 4.2 GW pipeline (1 GW operational) in SP, PT and Brazil in only 2 years • Led largest acquisition in the history of Galp (€2.2 bn enterprise value), for 2.9 GW of solar projects in Spain, making Galp the largest Solar producer in Iberia • Launched Decentralized Energy division (Energia Independiente) from zero to a 60 people team. In 1 year of operation achieved €5 m revenue and >2X MoM revenue growth. • Initiated and developed project to build a 100 Ktn lithium refining facility in JV with leading battery producer in EU and worked with the Portuguese and EU governments to secure funding to establish a battery value chain in Iberia • Acquired a research team with 10 years of experience in software solutions for charging infrastructure and mobility IoT, and turned into a start up that operates the open public network in PT and provides end-to-end solutions for fleets moving to electric (e.g. Leaseplan, ADL, CTT, Ikea)
