Cais Mentoria is a non-profit organization created to enable leadership and professional development across Brazil. We believe in the power of mentoring to guide and develop leaders through relationships that will nurture capabilities and build the habits necessary to design solutions to Brazil's challenges. Cais Mentoria is the first online career center for Brazilian university students outside of the country's main economic hubs, focused on students from the North and Northeast.

Selected in 2011 for FE's competitive scholarship program becoming a FE Fellow and a part of the network.
