I collaborated with teams to design strategic roadmaps to prioritize initiatives that would achieve business objectives. I led the end-to-end process of gathering requirements, designing, building, and implementing new technology systems, ensuring smooth adoption through effective change management. As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, I provided regular updates on project status, risks, and the impact of solutions.
