    Got reelected for two new years at SOS Children's Villages, with our main goal still ensuring that many more children succeed in life. SOS Children's Villages is a politically and religiously independent organization and works in accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. SOS Children's Villages' main task is to work to ensure that all children grow up in a caring family. SOS Children's Villages works both internationally and in Norway. Distribution of the income 86 per cent of the income goes to the purpose and 1 per cent to administration and 13 per cent to obtain new funds. The board of SOS Children's Villages in Norway is, in addition to being responsible for the foundation's operation and management of funds, an important supporter of the organisation.

    I am part of the Antler leadership, working with global fundraising as a partner in Antler Capital, giving investors the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of early-stage startups across most major startup hubs globally.     Built strong client relationships, in particular between Norwegian and international companies across products and industries – example relationships and mandates include Aker Group (M&A and capital raisings), a range of Brazilian companies (M&A, DCM and worked on a Brazilian IPO), USPP, Chinese conglomerates (restructuring and strategic discussions), Japanese companies (capital raise, M&A and partnerships).

  • Executive Chairman Arctic Brasil

    2011 - 2014

    Initiated the discussions regarding the start-up of Arctic Brasil on the back of several strong local relationships with key players in the E&P, oil service and offshore sectors (Arctic’s first office outside of Oslo) Set up all business activities and new functions of Arctic Brasil, and created processes for business planning, hiring, regulatory filings, legal compliance, reporting structures etc. Managed internal and external stakeholders and reported directly to top management in Oslo through bi-weekly reports and conference calls, as well as quarterly reports and presentations to the Board of Directors of Arctic Securities Originated and managed deals leveraging the full Arctic Securities franchise across products, capabilities and people in complex cross-border transactions, such as the buy-side from DOF Norskan for a consortium of Brazilian Private Equity players, Mare Investimentos and Mantiq Investimentos, new bond issues (DCM) as well as finding partners (owners / JVs) for Norwegian / International companies in Brazil
